Delicious Green Smoothie

Everyone says spinach is FANTASTIC for you. The iron, the folic acid, the low calorie count, etc etc. Fine, we’ll eat the damn leaves. But how does one easily incorporate them into their diet? I’ve got you.
The Secret Spinach Smoothie Recipe hides leafy greens in a delicious, low calorie, energizing smoothie. Yay!
1 C spinach
Almond milk
5 strawberries (frozen)
1/2-1 banana (frozen)
1/2 nectarine (optional but a yummy addition)
Blend together spinach and almond milk, without other ingredients. This will ensure a completely combined smoothie.
Add all other ingredients, and blend!
All done! I love this smoothie so much, because of its taste and simplicity. If it also has greens, well that’s just an added benefit.
